General terms and conditions for orders in the EHM OG online shop
These general terms and conditions apply to all sales contracts between EHM OG (hereinafter "Ehm") as the seller and you as the buyer (hereinafter "purchaser") in connection with the order in the EHM OG online shop (https://www.ehm-pedals.com) in the version valid at the time of the order.
Any general terms and conditions of the buyer do not apply.
§2 contractual partner

"Ehm" only concludes contracts
- natural, fully legally competent persons who have reached the age of 18, as well as with
- legal persons.
§3 Conclusion of contract
The order placed by the "purchaser" represents an offer to "Ehm" to conclude a purchase contract. "Ehm" confirms receipt of the order by email (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not represent an acceptance of the offer, but the purchase contract is only concluded when "Ehm" sends the ordered goods to the "purchaser". "Ehm" will send the ordered goods without undue delay, but at the latest in good time so that they can be sent to the "customer" within 30 days of the order. If shipment is not possible within this period, "Ehm" will notify the "customer" by email of the expected delivery date and ask the "customer" to state whether he would like to stick to his offer under these conditions. If the shipment to the "customer" is not made within the period of 30 days for whatever reason and the "customer" does not modify his offer, the "customer" is no longer bound by his offer and "Ehm" is immediately paid payments already made refund to the "customer", whereby "Ehm", if possible, will use the same means of payment that the "customer" used to process the payment.
§4 prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices indicated include the statutory sales tax and other price components. Shipping costs are not charged.

§5 delivery
(1) For orders within the EU, the delivery time is up to 10 working days. International orders should be shipped within 20 working days. Due to COVID-19, there may be delivery delays in some countries that are beyond our control.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold is only transferred to the buyer when the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sale by mail.
We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Irrespective of the right of cancellation, "Ehm" grants every "customer" a 90-day money-back guarantee until canceled. The "purchaser" can return the device within this period (begins with delivery to the "purchaser") without giving reasons. The postmark applies.
"Ehm" has to repay all payments to the "customer" immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the return was received by "Ehm". For this repayment, “Ehm” uses the same means of payment that the “customer” used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with the “customer”; In no case will the “customer” be charged for this repayment. In addition, "Ehm" reimburses the "customer" for the shipping costs documented by receipt.
§10 warranty
The statutory warranty regulations apply. There is a lifetime guarantee on all electronic components.
As contract language german will be available exclusively.
